* Candidate has to do installation and deployment of desktops (Windows 7, 8,*,10 Computers)
* Installation and configuring of Antivirus and Outlook 365.
* Basic troubleshooting and ticket resolution and support of existing state Desk side staff
* Hands-on Experience on Windows Server OS Active Directory.
* Problem determination, management resolution.
* OS performance tuning and response monitoring.
* Check, log resolve all the alerts/tickets raised by tool / users / vendors.
* Should have good communication skill and flexible.
* He should be willing to attend end user call as well.
1. Candidate should be a graduate in BTECH / BE or having a 3 years Diploma in computer or in ECE.
2. Should be having a Relavent experience of 1/4 years.
3. Should have basic knowledges on AD UserPolicies, DLP Solutions, AWS Azure Cloud Solutions, Antivirus Kaspersky Symantec, Apache Webserver – Linux, MS Exchange, Office 365 Network Admin
Salary: INR 1,00,000 – 3,00,000 P.A. Salary will based on experience.
