Basic troubleshooting and ticket resolution and support of existing state Desk side staff
Identifying & troubleshoot users issues, networking.
Configuration & installation of approved Applications.
Receive request for support
Follow-up and Escalate (Internal / External) desktop related issues.
Good communication skill and flexible.
