Process Manager – Insurance
Graduate or Post Graduate, with 6+ years of experience in the ITeS sector servicing UK/US Insurance domain. Overseas transition experience with onsite assignment would be beneficial.
Process Manager – Accounting
Graduate or Post Graduate, with 6+ years of experience in F&A processes (AR, AP, GL). Overseas transition experience with onsite assignment would be beneficial
Process Manager – Quality
Six Sigma certified graduate, with 7+ years of relevant experience in the ITeS sector with sound knowledge of deploying Quality Assurance framework.
Team Lead – Insurance / Accounting
Graduate, with 5+ years of relevant experience in UK/US Insurance or Accounting domain.
Process Associate / Process Analyst (Walkins Only)
Graduate (average of 50%), with less than 2 years of experience in BPO/KPO Industry.
Sr Executive / Lead – BHR
MBA, with 4+ years of experience in HRBP role including driving employee engagement, development initiatives and recognition programs.
Lead – Recruitment
MBA, with 5+ years of experience managing end to end recruitment of managerial levels in BPO/KPO Industry.
MBA, with less than 2 years of experience of end to end recruitment (volume hiring). Exposure of conducting Campus Recruitment, Job Fair, and Vendor drive would be ideal.
