• Candidate has to handle queries related to technical issues for a end user like resetting passwords, granting access to tools etc.
• Handling calls from internal CVG employees across the globe, reporting technical issues.
• Handling Voice customers and knowledge of international cross culture.
• Knowledge of basic working of Operations systems of Windows, various features and knowledge about computers functioning, command prompt, IP addresses etc.
• Demonstrate flexibility and thinking around isolating a issue of the End user and providing appropriate resolution as per the End user issue.
