* Candidate has to book appointments for the patients calling on helpline (CRM & HIS)
* Scheduling and rescheduling of the doctors OPD appointment and inform the customers accordingly through SMS / outbound call.
* Call & SMS customers a day prior to the patients appointment.
* Facilitate information to customers about hospital services (specialties, equipment, room type, doctors profile, tariff, facilities, OPD timing, visiting hours and availability of doctors, etc)
* Manage escalations from the customers and forward it the Team Leader.
