Job Description :
* Candidate has to act as a single point of contact for the users
* Log tickets, Track the progress, update and close the tickets as per the status.
* Handle voice calls and email requests from users.
* Contact users when needed to progress or close tickets.
* Work closely with L2 / L3 teams to deliver speedy resolution of incidents reported.
* Provide help and advice to customers on their UAT releases.
* Give advice on business processes and the use of Equiniti systems.
* Work to agreed Service Levels and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Perform first level of support including basic troubleshooting activities in Microsoft Operating systems for desktop and laptops, Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012 x32 / x64, MS Office applications including Outlook, Microsoft Active Directory User Management, etc.
