• Candidate has handle the customers inbound transaction Enquiry/Request or complaint and provide a complete and correct resolution
• Knowledge in handling Mobile Internet transactions Enquiries /request & complaints at the first level & second level which requires troubleshooting/resolution.
• Candidate will be responsible for up-selling /CSEs-selling on the Inbound Chat.
• Give Correct and Complete Resolution to Customers on all transactions to avoid Repeat contacts by Customers.
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality norms
Salary: INR 90,000 – 1,50,000 P.A
