• Candidate should be able to upsell & cross sell travel related services like Air, hotels, car hire, packages & attractions keeping in mind various SLAs like quality, abandon%, AHT, sales conversion & efficient customer service.
• Also to be able to respond to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
• To be able to deal with customers and meet customer requirements, Handle calls and emails.
Salary: INR 50,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.
