• Undertake field surveys and gather information for cluster report
• Prepare cluster report and obtain a cluster code from IT.
• Calling customer meeting and ensure meeting discipline. Maintain quorum.
• Verification of the customer document credentials
• Ensure information filled in CIS form is correct
