• He has to monitor and trend analysis on customer technical complaints and coach care team to have effective probing questions for first call closure.
• Regular review with CS managers along with business operations to improve operational efficiency.
• Trigger incident to GTAC based on the customers technical complaints and follow-up for closure by regular review.
• Candidates must be willing to sign a 3-Year service agreement which is Non-breakable.
