• Configuration & Troubleshooting of Thin clients ,Desktops & Laptops
• Handling Video conferencing / wifi user in wireless LAN configuration.
• Maintain end user device asset inventory.
• Logging incidents into the Call Login Tool and generate Daily call reports and/or activities done.
• Candidates who have more than 3 years experience need to have L1 server admin experience.
