* Candidate has to receive, direct and relay telephone messages.
* Direct the Guests, Customers, Clients, New Employees and other visitors to the concerned staff / office under escort.
* Provide appropriate Visitors pass to the visitors / new employees.
* Coordinate all arrangements for clients visit and place required orders to concerned vendors.
* Coordinate arrangements for Board Meetings and other meetings as per SOP and coordinate with POCs.
* Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and phone calls.

Salary: INR 1,75,000 – 2,75,000 P.A
