Job Description:
• Candidate with minimum 6 months of experience in AR calling is Mandatory.
• He / She has to understand Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Health-care providers.
• Knowledge on Denials and immediate action to resolve them.
• Follow up on the claims for collection of payment.
• Candidate will be responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.
