* Candidate has to assist the President in daily tasks.
* Preparing Meetings / Agendas / Minutes of the Meetings.
* Create calendars and schedules Create emailers.
* Pro-active follow-ups of the action plan discussed in the meetings.
* Handle phone calls, emails and other forms of communication
* Should be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Draft emails/letters on relevant matters in consultation with President.
*Collating reports/data and analyzing and presenting.
