* Candidate has to call up the customer and take feedback on our product & services.
* Prepare end of the day reports on the feedback received.
* Specific feedback actionable needs to be given to the relevant team for immediate resolution.
* Customer feedback to be collated and Analytics to be drawn to understand the focus areas.
* Good communication and analytical skills is a must.
* Understanding customers point of view and assisting him with proper resolution.
