• Candidate has to establish contactability with preselected group of customers
• Engage with customers and act as the single point of contact to provide quick response on any customer service related issues
• Maintain high level of persistency and enhance customer retention through active relationship management
• Identify opportunities for enhancing the customer satisfaction
• Follow-up with customers regarding revivals of lapsed policies on a day to day basis based on the premium intervals of the customers
• Need to send the daily report on a daily basis and update activity management.
• Coordinating between the customer & Collection team for the renewal collections.
Salary: INR 1,00,000 – 1,50,000 P.A. + Incentive
