Job Description :
* Candidate has to ensure all project information, documentation and products are correctly identified and stored.

* Ensure document control and versioning that provides consistent formatting, naming and version conventions
* Publication of all documents on the project intranet site
* Support the Project Manager in the management of the project budget
* Supports and assists in the capture and tracking of purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoices, reporting on variances between actual and spend within the project
* Create and maintain an internal project site for all documentation and key information
* Overall accountability for all administrative duties including:
* Coordination of meetings including management of diaries, hiring of rooms and equipment
* Minute all meetings and distribute as required

Salary: INR 2,00,000 – 3,00,000 P.A
