• Knowledge in Windows XP, Vista/7, 8 & 10 fundamentals, use and navigation .
• Candidate must be knowledge in Mac OS, iOS, Android, use and navigation.
• Handle inbound queries pertaining the technical issues.
• Resolving the technical issues.
