1. Customer Support
* Candidate has to provide customer service to our customers
* Handle Customer inquiries, resolve issues and escalations
* Retention of the customers by satisfying our customers needs and through excellent customer timely service
* Identify the customers on the various plans available and the support that can be provided.
2. Technical Support
* Candidate has to handle inbound calls pertaining the technical issues
* Remotely resolving the technical issues
* Should have good knowledge in Windows and need to have basic knowledge in Networking
* Build sustainable relationship with the clients and solve their issues with minimum TAT
* Handle L1 troubleshooting, diagnose the issue and try to resolve alerts at your end to balance work *
* Exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool
Salary: INR 1,75,000 – 3,50,000 P.A. Excellent Incentives
