Job Description:
• Candidate Any Graduate (Preferably / B.Com / M.Com / MBA / any diploma in commerce / F&A )
• 2 3 years of overall experience with 1 year as a Process Trainer in the Domestic Telecom (BPO) Domain
• Should be TTT Level 1 Certified (Preferred, not mandatory)
• Excellent verbal & written communications skills in English, Hindi & Marathi

Candidate Profile:
* Candidate should be comfortable to work with 24*7 shifts.
* Understanding of and experience in product training in domestic BPO telecom domain
* Ability to interact with clients and represent training function at an process level
* Able to establish relationship with operations team and clients to receive feedback on Training and delivery
* Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
