* Candidate has to provide first-Level technical support service to Travelex customers and will be a part of the Travelex global support team
* Possess good analytical skills – detail oriented
* Possess good communication skills, both oral and written
* Be familiar with Microsoft applications and working knowledge of MS excel
* Have a good attitude – should be committed to the work.
* Training will be provided on the Technology areas. Good to have an IT Background.
* Good to have a valid passport.
