1. Email Chat Process – Customer Care Representative:
• Candidate has to handle inbound chat & customer queries and service through chat and email.
• Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to customers through chats & emails.
2. Customer Care Representative (Hindi Inbound Voice Process)
i. Inbound Desk:
• Candidate has to do follow-up with backend team (Airtel Circle Team, Managed Services team, IT team etc.)for issue resolution
• Updating and Close looping of issues with respective airtel retail center representatives.
• Hotline support to airtel retail center representatives.
ii. Email Desk:
• Candidate has to response to emails sent by airtel retail center representatives.
• Email/SR to be raised for cases which needs inputs and support from backend teams.
• Follow up with backend team (Airtel Circle Team, Managed Services team, IT team etc.)for issue resolution
