Job Description :
* Candidate has to do Initiating Background checks (pre-employment screening) process.
* Creating cases in database.
* Investigating documents, declaration, pre-employment and post-employment checks.
* Resolving insufficiencies discrepancies.
* Reports processing ,Monthly database management.
* Coordinating with vendor team
* Preparing monthly, weekly, daily MIS reports as required by the manager.
* HR interview co-ordination and scheduling.
