Job Description:
* Candidate has to write content for the Company Website, Press Releases and other Social Media Portals.
* Conducting online reputation management and branding for the Organization.
* Creating brand communication strategies for XL Dynamics.
* Ensure growth of traffic for our digital properties and build audience for the brand.
* Write creative, engaging and unique content focusing on Social Media including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Blogging, articles, white papers, and more.
* Manage social media based marketing, promotional and recruitment initiatives.
* Track and analyze performance of promotional / recruitment campaigns and adjust messaging and/or placements, as needed.
* Develop a business vision for social media, including goals and results.
* SEO Optimization and Social Advertising.
Salary:INR 3,50,000 – 7,50,000 P.A.

Candidate Profile :
* At least 2 years experience in Online Reputation Management.
* Excellent English writing skills, strong vocabulary, good reading and comprehension skills.
* Able to provide examples of achievements made in the current role or current organization in the field of Online Reputation management.
* Passionate about brand building using social media.
* Attention to detail and a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
* Familiar with social media tools and platforms and should be very active on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Forums, Blogs, etc.
* Knowledge and understanding of technology and new trends in social media.
