• Candidate should be fluent in any one regional language {Tamil / Malayalam / Telugu)
• Strong knowledge in Telecom, Smartphone, Troubleshooting, Problem solving, and technology skills.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
• Knowledge about desktop OS and Android Navigation, Mobile Phones, Peripheral Devices (USB/ Printer/ Fire wire), Media Types / File Extensions, Various File Systems, Android functions
• Typing Skills minimum 15 WPM with 85% accuracy & Basic System Navigation Skills.
• Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts (24×7)
