• Candidate with 1 – 3 years of experience in the IT / ITES sector preferably from a technical support background.
• Provide remote Level 1 help desk support to customers, first point of contact Solve problems by utilizing training, knowledge, tools and analytical skills while on call or processing an Incident.
• Rrecord, and resolve incoming requests for service(Service Requests)
• Demonstrate efficiency in MS Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Lotus notes, DNS, VPN, Mobile Devices, Printers, Wireless.
