Job Description:
• Candidate should have excellent command over MS-excel and advance formulaes.
• Experience in SAP/ Taleo / Publishing Dashboard.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports including both routine and adhoc reports, ability to grasp business requirements, communicate understanding and apply logical thinking and analytical
• Understand and analyze the stakeholders requirement in different parameters of HR metrics (Recruiter performance, Attrition Analysis, Head count data etc. Channel Mix, Diversity, Vendor Performance etc.)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR MIS reporting is preferred.
Salary: INR 1,50,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.
