• Work with business and IT stakeholders to understand business needs in the area of case management and provide solutions; provide technical leadership to development team.
• Work with business analysts, developers, project managers, and users to capture requirements, provide solution design and govern implementation

Candidate Profile:
* Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline or MCA
* Experience in Case management and Business Process Management solution design and development using IBM Case Manager and IBM FileNet P8 stack.
* Experience with customization of IBM Case Manager Solutions, development of widgets, External Data Services, Case Manager API.
* Excellent Oral and written communication.
* 7+ years of IT experience
* 5+ years of experience with IBM Case Manager 5.1/5.2
* Flexible to work across time-zones if needed.
