• Candidate has to support Payroll process and Handling Statutory Labour Compliance.
• Do Corporate Medical Insurance and Update HR records reports create standard formats etc
• Proactively lead Employee Engagement activities.
• Compensation Management, Leave management, Handling Employees Grievances related to Compensation Compliance, Leave records balances, HR Portal etc.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.
