• Candidate will be responsible for analyzing the patient account ledger, resolving accounts with credit balance.
• Determining true patient / insurance refund, preparing refund request form.
• Updating the system once the refund is processed by client and routing callable accounts to the AR team to get additional information.
• Meeting assigned daily deliverable & quality.
• Working in aligned with client SLA, work hours, holidays & connectivity.
Salary: INR 1,50,000 – 2,25,000 P.A. Best in Industry
