• Candidate has to handle and respond to customers requests via Mail/Chat/Call to ensure prompt resolutions of the queries resulting in complete satisfaction & acceptance.
• Liaise with other teams as required to resolve Customer issues and questions.
• B2.2 or above equivalent degree in German language from a reputed institute.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing in German with Germans and English Languages.
• Proficient computer literacy skills.
• Experience in translating proposal documents, technical documents, business documents, etc. in German to English and vice versa.
