• Candidate has to make calls to customers for collections and inform the amount due.
• Maximize Promise to Pay (PTP) from connected customers as per set targets by convincing the customer to pay.
• Maintain the quality of PTPs that gets generated.
• Deliver the log in efficiency as per set targets on number of calls made, number of PTP generated, number of PTP kept.
• Ensure 100% accurate disposition of all calls in the dialer. Ensure 100% adherence to process and scripts.
