• Candidate has to handle end to end IT Recruitment for clients – Perm/ Contract Staffing.
• Identifying the right candidates and discussing with them to ensure their availability, interest, capability, attitude, confidence level and other all requisites.
• Negotiation of salaries, maintaining resume database, trackers and reports. Identified viable candidates using a variety of creative approaches, including targeted Internet searches.
• Proven ability and a track record to place the right candidate with the client.
• Client handling, client coordination.
• Performs miscellaneous duties and special projects in support of the HR department, as assigned.
