• Candidate has to handle customer queries through Phone, Chat and Email.
• Provide Level 1 Technical support to end users and Level 1.5 support to ISP Technicians.
• Troubleshooting customer issues and provide CSAT driven resolution.
• Documenting cases on CRM/Ticketing tools.
• Meet process defined SLAs and KRA.
• Adherence to Schedules and processes.
• Adherence to Company policies and guide lines.
Salary: INR 1,75,000 – 2,50,000 P.A.
