* Candidate has to handle Job Posting, screening of candidates, Scheduling, Interviewing, Shortlisting, Selection and Onboarding, Joining formalities, Induction, Preparation of Offer and Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letters and Other activities.
* Handling complete Recruitment Process Independently from scratch to finish
* Performed Full Life-Cycle of Recruitment which includes; Sourcing, Screening, Reference Checking, Presenting Candidates, * Conducting and Scheduling Interviews, Collecting and Delivering Feedback, Negotiating, Job Posting Closing.
* Continuously exploring database of the suitable candidates and short-listing the potential candidates by confirming their interest and Up-To-Date Information.
* Regularly following up with candidates and operation subsequent to joining the organization to ensure satisfaction on both the sides.
* Creating maintaining the database for future / anticipated requirements.
* Handling Recruitment across all levels.
