Job Description:
• Candidate has to establish and maintains departmental/employee records, files, logs.
• Generate, review, distribute and/or maintain complex HR forms, documents and reports.
• Audit data entered into HRIS system to ensure high data integrity and runs complex reports, graphs, charts.
• Provide complex front-line HR support and information to HR, managers and employees
• Compile and prepare complex reports, presentations, and/or personnel statistics.
• Identify and implement HRIS transaction process improvements.
• Effectively identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is difficult or complex.
Salary: INR 50,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.

Candidate Profile:
* Candidate should have Bachelors or Master in Human Resources.
* Experience in customer service, data processing or human resources is preferred
