Job Description:
• Candidate will be responsible for planning and executing branch sales and collections strategy, to be developed in discussion with DM and Division Heads to achieve business objectives.
• Train and develop branch staff to achieve business targets and ensure zero delinquency and full compliance with audit norms.
• Updating procedures to keep in line with product and policy guidelines from time to time.
• Managing auction of delinquent assets.
• Driving marketing activities, customer activation in market.
Salary: INR 4,50,000 – 7,00,000 P.A. Incentives, Rewards and recognitions
