Job Description:
• Candidate has to conduct Product Training batches.
• Ensure maximum throughput for each batch with minimal attrition.
• Participate in calibration of Trainers, QAs and Grammar Coaches within team and with TTBU training team.
• Design & develop training processes (need identification to feedback and follow through) in consultation with the training teams.
• Develop & implement a training calendar based on a robust training need analysis.
