• Candidate has to interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls or the Internet for resolving routine problems with products or services like internet, DTH or desktop.
• He / She has to greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
• Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical.
Salary: INR 1,50,000 – 2,50,000 P.A.
