Job Description:
• Candidate has to Issue analysis, Identification of bug and the workaround. Response to functional queries, Understanding & analysis of user requirement for minor enhancements.
• Must have strong skills in any of the below technologies in debugging the code, troubleshooting the code.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and working experience of at least 2 years on Production Support models.
• Good at email and oral communications, as this role demands discussions, meetings with global users of our products.
• Willing to work in Graveyard shift (01:30 AM IST to 10:30 AM IST) on Weekdays and Rotational shift on the weekends.
• Hands on experience in providing Application/Production Support for any of the below technologies:
