  •  As Help Desk Executive will act as the single point of contact to the customer/users for all Internet Banking and ATM related Issues.
  • The responsibilities of the Help Desk Executive will be to Log all the calls, assign it to Level-2 Engineers, track it till closure, and update the user.
  • Generating & Regenerating of Internet Banking Password for the Customers.
  • Enabling or Disabling of Internet Banking Password for the Customers.
  • Providing guidance for RTGS / NEFT Transactions as well as for online TAX Payments.
