Job Description :
- As Help Desk Executive will act as the single point of contact to the customer/users for all Internet Banking and ATM related Issues.
- The responsibilities of the Help Desk Executive will be to Log all the calls, assign it to Level-2 Engineers, track it till closure, and update the user.
- Generating & Regenerating of Internet Banking Password for the Customers.
- Enabling or Disabling of Internet Banking Password for the Customers.
- Providing guidance for RTGS / NEFT Transactions as well as for online TAX Payments.
- Block and Unblock the Debit cards and solved the Query of ATM in TOAD.
- Providing Support for Mobile Banking Application of the Bank.
- Escalate as per the escalation chart, follow up with vendor. Keeping track of inventory in stock, inventory in use update asset data as per the process defined.
- Report generation as per the process defined.
- Giving Level 1 Support.
