• Candidate has to handle ticket related queries/requests in inbound calls, efficient customer service.
• Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
• Dealing with customers to understand and meet customer requirements, provide solution, handle escalation and ensure closure on a given TAT.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing promotions, procedures and other important issues through management communications, meetings, customer focus groups and formal training
