Job Description:
• Candidate will be responsible for full life cycle of recruitment, which include; bulk hiring, job postings, searching resumes on job sites, pre-screening resumes and applications, scheduling interviews (telephonic, written test & In person), negotiating salaries and checking references, updating database.
• Coordinate pre-joining and post-joining recruitment processes.
• Maintaining attendances through manual and software in accordance with leaves taken.
• Joining & Exit Formalities Induction to the new entrants for familiarizing them with the Organization Vision & values, Hierarchy.
• Grievance handling by close interaction with the employees on personal basis.
Salary: INR 1,50,000 – 3,25,000 P.A.
