• Candidate will be responsible for Monitoring calls & Emails and giving Feedbacks to Agents.
• Ensures utilization of quality tools and various data sources in order to determine causes of quality issues.
• Timeliness and accuracy in conducting the quality call audit.
• Accurate Quality calibrations (Internal/External).
• Maintaining quality service standards as per company norms.
Salary: INR 1,50,000 – 2,25,000 P.A.
