• Candidate should be Graduate with proficient in business writing skills.
• Typing Speed – 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy
• Experience relevant experience in Call Centre; Service / Hospitality Industry; prior experience of direct Customer Care interactions in call centre is a must.
• Ability to handle telephonic conversations
• Excellent in Good spoken English Telugu & Hindi mandatory
