Job Description:
• Candidate should be Under Graduate / Graduate with good communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi)
• Knowledge of basic computer operation good listing & responding skills.
• Work in a 24/7 work environment Rotational shift.
• Answer calls/emails professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders or obtain details of complaints.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service.
• Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
Salary: INR 1,75,000 – 2,25,000 P.A.
