Job Description:
• Candidate has to work as the subject matter expert for the process, provide floor support to the new batches/new hires.
• Audit chats for new hires till they move to 3 concurrency, develop new canned responses and commonly used phrases to help the entire team.
• Participate in team workouts and contribute to Workout targets, participate in Lean implementation.
• Candidate should work effectively with all team leaders to share data for corrective/preventive actions, help new hires understand AYIC controls.
